At Natural Fragrance, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Please read the following details regarding our shipping and delivery process.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently deliver across India, covering major cities and towns. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more locations.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed successfully.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (depending on location).
  • Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations at an additional charge).
  • Remote Area Delivery: 7-10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹X (mention specific amount, if applicable).
  • For orders below ₹X, a nominal shipping charge will be applied at checkout.
  • Express delivery charges vary based on location and order weight.

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page or using the tracking link provided.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILURE

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make two additional attempts.
  • If the order is not received, it will be returned to our warehouse, and reshipping may require additional charges.

7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video and images at [your support email].
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
